My guiding light

· From the time Brae was 3 days old till he was a month old, she would come every week to check on my wound and Brae’s condition. When my wound was not healing well, she would make the extra effort to drop by our house to check on me.

· Without her I would have given up hope on breastfeeding Brae. Her unfailing support and guidance has helped me reduce Brae’s intake of formula milk to full breastfeeding.

· As first-time parents, we are very grateful and honoured to have her share her experience on how to take care of, bathe, and feed the baby.

· With all the conflicting comments on what to do or what to buy from relatives and friends, we are thankful that she cleared all our doubts and set our minds at ease.

· We are glad that she was there to advise and guide us on how to handle Brae when he was down with fever a few weeks ago.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our midwife for all her support and guidance.

Thank you so much, Ai Ling. You have been a great source of inspiration.

*For those who want to know some of Ai Ling’s tips, she has recently co-authored a parenting book with her colleagues on Asian parenting.*

I email you the details, ok.

She’s from Subang Jaya Medical Centre. I got to know her service from the ante-natal class in the hospital.
